Through the website’s contact form, we collect the following data, provided the user chooses to supply it voluntarily:

  • The message or request the user writes

3. For what purpose do we process the data?

Data provided through the contact form is used to:

  • Respond to enquiries, quote requests or requests for information sent by the user.
  • Manage the business relationship should the user become a customer.

No automated decisions are made and no profiles are built from the data collected.

4. What is the legal basis for processing the data?

The legal basis for processing the data is:

  • The data subject’s consent, given by filling in and submitting the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • The performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, when the enquiry concerns hiring our distribution services (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. How long will we keep the data?

Data will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained, or for the time needed to deal with the enquiry made, and subsequently, where applicable, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities arising from the processing.

Data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required. No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area take place.

7. What are the user’s rights?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Teppimer is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:

  • Request rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Request restriction of processing, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of claims.

  • Request the portability of their data.

These rights can be exercised by writing to info@teppimer.com, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

Likewise, if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches the regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
